BALANCE OF THE CURRICULUM FOR SUCCESSFUL STUDENTS

The hairstyling course is designed to give you knowledge about hair care, hairstyles and styling tools.

The hairstyling training will cover theory and practice on mannequins.

In the course of the theory, we will look at:

- hot appliances, combs, moulding tools. We will discuss what to choose and what to look out for;

- hairstyle theory. How to get a straight hairstyle;

- Preparing hair for styling. Hair preparation techniques, what the client needs to do and how the master can prepare the hair properly before the haircut;

You will also learn how to braid and crimp your hair, and how to attach bobby pins/pins so that they stay in place without showing. You will learn how to use straighteners and curling tongs.

During the practice, you will perform hairstyles on Limage mannequin heads (high ponytail, various tufts, curls and waves), applying your theoretical knowledge to practice.

A deposit is required for registration and the balance is payable on arrival at the course.

All tools are provided free of charge. Hair styling tools and all the necessary tools to do the hairstyles for the course are provided.
